Haley Shepler is an Apprentice at Mather Salon, training under Master Stylist and Creative Director Todd Mather. A Tulsa resident since 2020, she brings her artistic eye from a Communications and Graphic Design background to her passion for color and styling. Known for her warm, detail-oriented approach, Haley creates natural, polished looks and is eager to keep growing her career.
Biography
Haley Shepler is an Apprentice at Mather Salon, training under Todd Mather, Master Stylist, Master Instructor, and Creative Director. Originally from Alabama, Haley has called Tulsa home since 2020. Her passion for cosmetology began as a teenager, but before pursuing her dream, she earned a Communications degree with a minor in Graphic Design from Oral Roberts University—an education that highlights her artistic eye and creative approach to hair.
Haley is detail-oriented, personable, and easy to talk to, making her a natural fit in the salon environment. She loves working with hair color, especially using various foiling techniques to create soft, natural results. She also excels in blowouts and styling, ensuring her clients leave with that polished, “just out of the salon” look and feel.
With a blend of technical skill, creativity, and a warm personality, Haley is excited to grow her career and bring out the best in every client she works with.
