Heather began her career in cosmetology as an Apprentice under Todd Mather after joining Mather Hair Design as Director of Marketing. She has since moved up to Stylist & Colorist I and is passionate about client care and feminine styling while excelling in blonding and gray blending / transformations. In addition to lash and brow services, Heather is certified in Brazilian Blowout and Brazilian Blowout Free and is constantly expanding her education to increase her expertise.

Stylist & Colorist I
Haley Shepler is an Apprentice at Mather Salon, training under Todd Mather, Master Stylist, Master Instructor, and Creative Director. Originally from Alabama, Haley has called Tulsa home since 2020. Her passion for cosmetology began as a teenager, but before pursuing her dream, she earned a Communications degree with a minor in Graphic Design from Oral Roberts University—an education that highlights her artistic eye and creative approach to hair.
